FRENCH TOAST

(A sweet toast for breakfast)

Preparation time—5 minutes                                     Cooking time—10-12 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • Milk- 2/3 cup
  • Sugar-2tbsp
  • Vanilla essence(optional)-a few drops
  • Cinnamon powder-½ tsp
  • Eggs-4
  • Bread slices-8
  • Butter-3tbsp

METHOD

1-Whisk together cinnamon, sugar, milk, vanilla essence and eggs.

2-Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Dip bread in egg mixture and fry slices until golden brown then flip to cook other side.

3-Serve hot.
