[Kashmiri radish ki chutney]
Preparation and making time—10 minutes
- White radish without leaves, grated 1cup
- Thick yoghurt [curd] 1cup
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Caraway seeds [shahijeera] ½ tsp
- Green chilies [deseeded], chopped 1tsp
- Salt to taste
1-Whisk curd in a bowl, add rest of the ingredients except half of the green chilies and half of the shahijeera, mix well.
2-Transfer in a serving glass bowl, garnish with remaining green chilies and caraway seeds and serve.
