MUJI CHETEIN

[Kashmiri radish ki chutney]

Preparation and making time—10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • White radish without leaves, grated                                           1cup
  • Thick yoghurt [curd]                                                                           1cup
  • Red chili powder                                                                                  ½ tsp
  • Sugar                                                                                                          ½ tsp
  • Caraway seeds [shahijeera]                                                           ½ tsp
  • Green chilies [deseeded], chopped                                         1tsp
  • Salt                                                                                                              to taste

METHOD

1-Whisk curd in a bowl, add rest of the ingredients except half of the green chilies and half of the shahijeera, mix well.

2-Transfer in a serving glass bowl, garnish with remaining green chilies and caraway seeds and serve.
