(Crispy cottage cheese delicacy ,a perfect appetizer)
Preparation time-15 minutes Cooking time-10 minutes
- Paneer 400gm
- White pepper powder 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Corn starch 1tbsp
- All purpose flour 3tbsp
- Bread crumbs 1cup
- Oil for frying
1-Cut paneer into finger shaped pieces,about 2 inches long.
2-Put paneer pieces in a bowl,sprinkles little salt and half of the pepper powder ,mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
3-In the meantime make thick and smooth batter with corn starch,flour,salt to taste and pepper using sufficient water.
4-Marinate the paneer pieces in the batter and then roll in bread crumbs, coat it nicely.
5-Now heat oil on medium flame and fry them until crispy and golden in colour.
6-Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with tomato sauce.
