[A delicious yoghurt accompaniment]
Preparation and making time—10minutes
- Whisked yoghurt [curd] 500gms
- Cucumber [peeled and grated] 2 medium
- Cumin seeds [roasted and crushed] 1tsp
- Green chilies, chopped 1tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Rock salt [sendha namrak] to taste
1- Squeeze the cucumber well.
2-Mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl except crushed cumin seeds.
3-Sprinkle crushed cumin and serve cold.
