1-Peel the bottle gourd, remove the seeds and grate it and keep aside.

2-Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan.

3-Heat ghee in a sauce pan, add lauki and sauté for 6-7minutes till it becomes little tender and moisture almost evaporated.

4-Add lauki and dry nuts to the boiling milk and let it cook till it becomes semi-thick, stir occasionally.

5-Add sugar and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.

6-Stir in cardamom powder, remove from the fire and serve.
