1-Chicken                                                                    800gms

2-Coriander leaves [pureed]                           1cup

3-yoghurt [Curd]                                                     2cups

4-Ginger, garlic paste                                          1tbs

5-Garam masala                                                     1tsp

6-Green chilli paste                                              2tbs

7-Cream                                                                      3tbs

8-Butter                                                                      75gms

9-Cumin powder                                                   1tsp

10-Mint paste                                                         1tsp

11-Salt                                                                        to taste

METHOD

1-Cut chicken into 8-10 pieces, prick with fork and keeps aside.

2-Whisk yoghurt adds gjnger, garlic paste, coriander, green chilli paste, garam masala, cumin powder, mint and salt. Mix it well.

3-Marinate the chicken in this prepared mixture and keeps aside for one hour.

4-Over a gentle heat, melt butter in a kadhai.Add chicken with marinade and one cup of water.

5-Allow it to boil over medium high heat. Reduce the flame and simmer until chicken becomes tender and gravy thickened.

6-Mix in 2tbs of cream, remove and serve hot garnished with remaining cream.

[Serve as a snack with salad or as a main course with roti]
