Preparation and cooking time—30minutes[Goose berry chutney, used for sandwich, pakodi and with any meal]
- Amla 200gms
- Coriander leaves ½ cup
- Ginger ½ inch piece
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Roasted cumin [jeera] seeds 1tsp
- Green chilies 2
- Black salt 1/2tsp
- Salt to taste
1-Wash and boil amla in enough water till slightly tender.
2-Remove from the fire, strain it and keep aside to cool.
3-Remove the seeds and grind it to a smooth paste with rest of the ingredients using little water.
4-Put in airtight container and store in the refrigerator
