(Maharashtrian style vada pav chutney)
Preparation time—8-10 minute Cooking time—2 minutes
- Garlic, roughly chopped-15 cloves
- Dried coconut, grated- ¼ cup
- Red chili ,coarsely powdered(kutihui)-¼ cup
- Oil- 1tbsp
- Salt-to taste
1-Heat oil in a non-stick pan, adds garlic and sauté on medium heat till light brown, remove and place in a plate.
2-In the same pan roast coconut till light brown, remove and place in the same plate and allow it to cool completely.
3-Now blend in a mixture along with chilli powder and salt till semi- smooth(should not be ground finely) in texture.
4-Store in an airtight container and refrigerate .Use as required.
