[It goes well with chat, tikki and roasted tandoori snacks]
- Mint leaves 1cup
- Coriander leaves 1cup
- Green chilies’ 5
- Garlic cloves 5
- Pomegranate seeds [anardana] 2tsp
- Onions, sliced ½ cup
- Lemon juice 1tbs
- Black salt 1tsp
- Salt to taste
1-Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste using little water.
2-Refrigerate and use as required.
