CHRISTMAS COLESLAW

INGREDIENTS:

1-CABBAGE (SHREDDED)            400 gm

2-CAPSICUM (JULEINNE)              2tbs

3-CARROTS (JULEINNE)               2tbs

4-PINEAPPLE (THICK JULEINNE)   ¼cup

5-MAYONNAISE SAUCE                   3tbs

6-CREAM                                           2tbs

7-SALT&W.PEPPER                         to taste

8-MUSTARED POWDER                 ½tsp

9- CHERRY (SLICED)                       5

METHOD:

1-Mix together cabbage, capsicum & carrots with salt &Keep aside for ½ an hour.

2- Blend mayonnaise sauce & cream together.

3-Squeeze the vegetable add pineapple, mustard powder & ¾ of the cream mixture & mix together

4-Arrange in a serving plate with the help of the palate knife.

5-Apply remaining cream mixture onto the salad, garnish with sliced cherry.

6- Keep in the refrigerator & serve cold.
