Preparation time-30minutes cooking time—1hour
1-Carrots [grated] 1kg
3-Mixed dry nuts [sliced] 1/2cup
4-Khoya [grated] 1/2cup
6-Clarified butter [ghee] 50gms
1-Boil milk in a kadhai.Add grated carrots and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously until the milk thickened.
2-Add sugar and stir cook till most of the moisture evaporated.
3- Add ghee and stir cook for 4-5 minutes.
4-Remove from the fire, mix in khoya and serve garnished with dry fruits.
